Michael Chen practices real estate with Coldwell Banker’s top-performing office in Southern California.  His office averages two million dollars in transactions per day, and is among the all-time highest-grossing locations in the history of the oldest real estate company in North America.

A former real estate attorney, Michael practiced law with several of New York City’s leading real estate law firms before establishing his own practice.  He has drafted contracts for some of Manhattan’s priciest luxury condominiums and cooperatives.

Prior to his law career, Michael worked for Ocean Estates Incorporated, a builder of waterfront residential developments in New England.  As Executive Director of Acquisitions, he supervised the purchase of lakefront land.

Today, as a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate, Michael specializes exclusively in the purchase and sale of residential real estate (including rental property).

He is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
